It was many years ago now, certainly a different time from today. Theresa was well into of TDJ Clothing P/L, her first business , which was successful in her own right.Taken the courage filled step into an industry ,Theresa observed those that came before her time to learn, implement & perform and excel the suburbs of Greater City of Dandenong & suburbs both near and far has been the environment that Theresa found success within the real estate industry. Has allowed her to help her clients passionate about helping her clients make the most of the significant changes in their lives, with her expertise in the property market around Melbourne and advertising prowess to help her client’s secure an outstanding result. Theresa strives to be one of the hardest working people in the industry and has won many top awards in both her current role at Century 21 and her previous role at another estate agency. She was the first female to gain Elite status in her previous role at Ray White.

She still has a large role in the Vietnamese community in November 2014, she was asked to be a judge at the Miss Vietnam Australia, also the judge “Than Tuong BOLERO Australia 2017, and in 2018 she became the Vice President of South Eastern Melbourne Vietnamese associations’ council INC and was re-elected in 2017.

She received a Centurion Producer Awards 2016, her office Runner up year 2016 in century21 Group

She has a background in teaching and continues to teach Vietnamese children at Sunday school. Theresa’s journey led her down the real estate path several years ago, and she now feels she has reached her destination.

It was a career that she settled into easily and felt comfortable in straight away. A combination of the skills she gained as a teacher and those in the sales role she had before bursting onto the real estate scene in 2004 were integral in her successful transition.

Attention to detail, patience, good communication and her bilingual ability as well as a desire to meet face to face with people from all walks of like have been her shining attributes and play an important role in her real estate personality.
